Deposits and Cancellation of the tour:
Deposits: HAT needs 30%-100% through the western union when the tour is already confirmed. All tour package price is in US dollars.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, fees will be charged according to the written notice.
1. No show: 100% of the tour package price.
2. 100% refundable. Cancel up to 3 days before your trip and get a full refund.
Note: HAT needs to book a hotel room, tour guide and transport in advance. This charge of the cancellation is to compensate the loss.
